The contest is open only where legally permitted. It is void in any jurisdiction (including any U.S. state, Canadian province, or territory) where the contest, prize, operation, registration method, or shipping of the prize is prohibited, restricted, or requires registration, bonding, local filing, translation, or other legal compliance the Sponsor has not completed. Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor, Card-Star, 1OH7, and their affiliates are not eligible.
Contest Period
The contest begins on the date posted on the tournament page and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (MDT). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeper.
How to Enter
Create or log in to a free Card-Star account, register for the tournament, claim a unique callsign, play Kickflip Rush in the 1OH7 Arcade, complete all 11 levels, and submit your score using your exact registered callsign. Entry is free. Entrants may play multiple times. Only completed all-11-level runs qualify. Each entrant’s best valid score will be used.
Prize
One winner will receive the trading card prize shown on the tournament page, plus standard shipping to an eligible address. Approximate retail value will be shown on the tournament page. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, import charges, or local compliance requirements.
Winner Selection
The eligible entrant with the highest valid qualifying score at the deadline is the potential winner. Ties are broken by earliest valid timestamp recorded by Sponsor’s systems.
Skill-Testing Question and Claim
Before being confirmed as winner, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question if required or advisable under applicable law. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification and provide a valid shipping address. Failure to respond, prove eligibility, answer the skill-testing question, or claim the prize may result in disqualification and selection of the next-highest eligible entrant.
Anti-Cheat and Disqualification
Sponsor may reject entries or scores and disqualify entrants for cheating, bots, scripts, automation, emulator abuse, tampering, exploits, multiple-account abuse, false identity, false callsign use, suspicious technical patterns, harassment, or any conduct that undermines fair play or violates Card-Star or 1OH7 terms. Sponsor’s reasonable technical determination is final.
Public Leaderboard and Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor displaying their callsign, score, ranking, and winning callsign on Card-Star, 1OH7, social media, emails, and promotional materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will not publicly post the winner’s full legal name or shipping address.
Privacy
Information collected is used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, contact the winner, maintain leaderboard integrity, prevent fraud, and fulfill the prize. Personal information will be handled according to Card-Star’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, delayed, misdirected, or unrecorded scores; internet outages; device problems; browser issues; server errors; game interruptions; or other technical failures. Sponsor may correct leaderboard errors or remove invalid scores.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor, Card-Star, 1OH7, affiliates, service providers, and prize suppliers are not responsible for damages, losses, injuries, claims, or liabilities arising from participation, inability to participate, technical failures, prize acceptance, prize use, or shipping issues.
Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
Sponsor may modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, legal concerns, platform issues, security problems, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the fairness, legality, security, or proper operation of the contest.
Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the contest and these rules are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled in Alberta courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
